Exclusive Wedding in Acireale

I had the privilege of telling the story of Aira and Oliver, an Australian couple who chose Sicily for the most important day of their lives. An intimate wedding in Acireale, celebrated at the end of May, on a day that smelled of early summer and that perfectly reflected their simple and authentic elegance.

Their preparation took place in a refined hotel in the centre of Acireale, with a splendid view of the sea. In those rooms, between smiles and moments of emotion, I was able to capture the spontaneity and sweetness that distinguishes them.

The ceremony was held in the majestic Acireale Cathedral, one of the most iconic places in the baroque city. After the yes, we moved to the bell tower of the Cathedral, from which an enchanting view of the roofs and squares of Acireale opens. It was an intimate and sincere moment, perfect to portray their complicity away from time.

With about thirty guests between friends and family, Aira and Oliver chose to live an authentic experience, where every detail had a deep meaning. The day ended at the Alloro Restaurant in Acireale, in an elegant and convivial atmosphere, between warm lights, toasts and smiles that told the joy of two worlds that meet.

Telling about this wedding in Sicily was a real privilege: an intimate celebration, full of emotion, which reflects my way of seeing wedding photography — natural, authentic and capable of returning the truth of every moment.
